Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link submitter (the "Bidder") and BidRank Directory (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

• Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by BidRank Directory
• Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids
• Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies
• Links to illegal (including warez), casino or adult-related Web sites are strictly forbidden
• Links must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
• Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of BidRank Directory
• Deep links are priced at $2 for 3 deep links. You must have a minimum payment of $3 for 1 main link + 3 deep links. Any submission for 1 main link + 3 deep links with a bid of less than $3 will automatically be placed as a main link submission without refunds

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Bids are non-refundable.
• You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.

Payment By Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is only accepted bids above $20.
• Any payment by credit card for bids below $20 will be declined and the submission denied.
